I de-installed Teams and Logitech StreamCam. Reinstalled Logitech StreamCam and updated (now Version 2.06.12 and I have turned off Auto Update!). And left the camera running.

On reloading Teams – initially, it was slow to work via browser but not desktop. After much clicking of Team settings, it now works on both versions of Teams.

Your webcam Hd 720p is not working, not because of the hidden Window 10 update. Are you try all of the methods mentioned above? If you try all of the methods and still not working your webcam then it is better to change the webcam. As you wish to use a Logitech webcam, you can use it, it is a good webcam.
